Responsibilities:
Practicing of law in preparation for litigation or advice regarding suspected or pending litigation.
Draft legal documents.
Communication of relevant information between parties and the court system.
Execution of legal documents on behalf of the party.
Research and analysis of information problematic or relevant to cases or parties.
Conduct fact investigation, legal research, and analysis of issues.
Prepare expert witnesses.
Prepare motions and briefs.
