7 Quick Apply Full-time 5 hours ago Full Job Description Job Summary The Production Coordinator acts as a liaison with the DSG Project Coordinators and Production, taking printing projects for clinical drug trials from start to completion.
Job Functions Responsibilities include gathering print requests, Entering those requests into a print job entry screen, Send the job to the DSG Office Manager and the Print Project Coordinator who will verify and order the components necessary to complete the print job.
Schedule all print jobs based on client priority and coordinate to meet deadlines; Oversee production team and QC projects.
Minimum Requirements High School Diploma or equivalent.
Some college preferred.
Two or more years experience in a high volume copy or print shop.
Pharmaceutical industry experience a plus Microsoft Office and computer skills Attention to detail and accuracy skills.
Customer service orientation Organizational skills Able to work independently and handle multiple tasks simultaneously.
Moderate PC aptitude Additional Skills Customer service orientation Organizational skills Ability to work independently Strong PC aptitude Tenacity, assertiveness and desire to succeed Job Type:
