Clients range from large, multi-story office buildings to small residential apartments.
We currently have a combination of Residential clients and Commercial properties.
We are looking for a cleaning specialist who is hard working and passionate about creating a positive experience for all of our customers.
We hope you're ready to put on those gloves and scrub with us.
Job Responsibilities & Duties Responsible for all basic cleaning in and around residences or office buildings.
Cleans floors and rooms.
Including sweeping, mopping, vacuuming, dusting, wiping down surfaces, and spot cleaning glass/windows.
Clean restrooms, including restocking dispensers, emptying trash, cleaning and sanitizing fixtures, cleaning mirrors, clean shower/tubs, spot cleaning partition doors and walls, sweeping and mopping tile floors, and cleaning toilets and urinals.
To notify when consumable items need to be replenished Maintaining and upkeep of all cleaning equipment, supplies, and products To carry out any other reasonable duties within the overall function of the job Tackle heavy cleaning jobs upon request Notify management of any repairs required at location Skills:
Previous experience cleaning preferred; training will be provided Highly responsible & reliable Ability to handle equipment and machinery used in cleaning Ability to walk, bend, push, pull, and lift repetitively during work hours Basic understanding of cleaning chemicals - proper storage and disposal methods Strong communication and organizational skills Ability to work cohesively as part of a team Self-motivation and the ability to identify and complete needed tasks without direct supervision Requirements:
-Valid driver's license and reliable transportation.
-Availability for the Dayshift -Ability to work well both independently and as part of a team.
-Must have insurance and meet all other adult responsibilities Work Hours Flexible work hours depending on candidate's needs Job Types:
