The ideal candidate for this position has a background in landscaping and strong communication skills.
Responsibilities:
Mow lawns.
Operate a weed trimmer to cut grass around the yard.
Clear brush and debris.
Clear grass and weeds from people's yards.
Clear lawns of small trees and branches.
Extract soil from lawns, using a spade or shovel.
Spread grass seed and fertilizer.
Mulch around flower beds.
Clean out gutters.
Provide homeowners with estimates for additional work they would like done, such as planting bushes or trees.
