5K a year Growing small animal hospital in Phoenixville/Valley Forge area is searching for a Veterinary receptionist with exceptional people skills and a passion for helping animals and people.
Experience in the Veterinary field preferred but may consider training the right candidate that has prior experience working with animals in a related career field.
The successful candidate will possess adept people skills and thrive on heavy client service contact.
This position requires a flexible schedule, including evening, Saturday and occasional morning shifts.
Responsibilities include but are not limited to:
Answering phones Computerized scheduling/appointment confirmations/record keeping Patient check in/check out Provide excellent client service Fill prescriptions/orders Prepare charts for appointments/procedures Maintain a clean and organized work space Requirements of the position:
