We are looking for an Front Desk Administrative Assistant for our growing outpatient mental health facility.
It is a full time position (40 hours a weeks.
Benefits include PTO, health and dental and a 401K).
The position is for the night shift, which is flexible with the office closing at 8:
00pm.
No weekends or holidays! We promote from within and provide growth.
The practice is located in Phoenixville, PA.
Duties include:
- Providing word processing, general clerical and receptionist support to the Administrative Office.
- Greet and interact with clients appropriately, demonstrating a welcoming attitude, through phone or direct contact.
- Answer phones and route messages promptly and appropriately.
- Schedule, reschedule, and cancel appointments using electronic medical records system.
- Reconcile cash and credit card copayments daily.
- Process mail, faxes and maintain confidentiality and follow HIPAA requirements.
- Interact with co-workers in a helpful manner and foster high morale.
RequirementsOrganizational skills!Proficient in MS Word, Excel, Outlook Medical office and EMR experience is a big plus.

The fraudster will send a check to the victim who has accepted a job. The check can be for multiple reasons such as signing bonus, supplies, etc. The victim will be instructed to deposit the check and use the money for any of these reasons and then instructed to send the remaining funds to the fraudster. The check will bounce and the victim is left responsible.
